Terms of Service

Tivero is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Do not store sensitive or critical information in Tivero during the beta period.

By creating an account or using the service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Tivero is an independent note-taking application provided by an individual operator. It is reachable at tivero.co. Contact: [email protected].

You need an account to use Tivero. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done through your account. Don't share your account or attempt to access another user's account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use Tivero to:

• Store, share, or transmit illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the service's security, including bypassing rate limits or sending crafted requests that aren't part of normal app use.
• Use the service for sending unsolicited bulk content (spam).
• Resell or rebrand Tivero as your own service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain all ownership rights to the notes and files you create in Tivero. By using the service, you grant Tivero a limited license to store, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the app for you (for example: to render your notes, sync between devices, generate share links, or back up versions). We do not use your content to train models, sell ads, or anything else.

You are responsible for your content and for keeping your own copies of anything important.

Tivero offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro, Teams). Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Account → Manage subscription.

Refunds: During the beta period, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any charge by emailing [email protected]. After that window, refunds are at our discretion.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. During beta we may take the service offline for maintenance, upgrades, or to fix bugs. We will try to minimise disruption but make no service-level commitment.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tivero disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tivero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that could expose us or others to liability. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless we're required by law to retain it.

As Tivero is in beta, these Terms may change. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts in Tel Aviv.
